This Morgan Out-Island 41 is amazingly well-appointed and ready to cruise and enjoy. Located in Ensenada, Mexico she has been well maintained and loved by her current owners. This vessel is a MUST SEE for anyone thinking about enjoying the cruising or liveaboard lifestyle. With a spacious Aft cabin, Salon and plenty of storage the Kiknit has every attribute needed for safe and comfortable coastal cruising to ocean crossings. To be noted, This vessel is the Out Island layout that has a hallway passage that eliminates the need for one to exit the interior the of the vessel to get from the Aft cabin to the Galley/Salon (see accommodations in the description for layout description). In addition this vessel is a tall rig with a sail configuration that provides optimal sail surface area. Bottom paint done in 2018 in Mexico with high copper oxide paint. From aft cabin, ensuite head, hanging lockers both port and starboard and companionway egress, exit aft cabin via port passage towards salon (fore) with top load storage and refrigerator port, enter salon with galley and main companionway cabin entrance starboard, advance through salon with settee port and large dinette starboard, continue exit salon enter port passage to v-berth with storage port and head starboard, enter v-berth.
